2. The applicant must be a Permanent resident of Assam(with a valid PRC of Assam issued by the competent authority)
3. Candidate must pass the Qualifying Examination (Higher Secondary School Completion (HSC) Examination (10+2 or equivalent) in single sitting, without any grace marks in the subjects Mandatory of the relevant subjects/ courses at HSC level (as per following table) and also must be passed individually both in Theory & Practical
4. Candidate must secure a minimum of 45% (40 % in case of candidates belongs to reserved category in the subjects taken together) in the Qualifying Examination (referred to in clause 3 above) as per AICTE Approval Process Hand Book -2024-2027.
OR
Candidates who have passed 3-years Diploma in Engineering & Technology under the State Council for Technical Education, Assam, with 45% (40% for reserved category) marks in the Final Diploma Examination. [All other eligibility criteria will be same as per guideline]
OR
Passed B.Sc. Degree from a recognised University as defined by UGC, with at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) and passed HSC (i.e., 10+2 or equivalent) examination with Mathematics as a subject.
